Contract Accredited Busses

Busses for contract services are provided to the client as follows: Proof of latest brake test and maintenance records. Seat belts, rotating lights, electrical cut off switch and reverse alarm.

All relevant requirements as per the Road Ordinance plus additional safety specifications as specified per contract. Real time satellite tracking monitored 24/7 by a control room. Drivers with accredited training certificates, mechanical evaluation certificates and many more…

Regular route risk assessments is done and drivers to be signed off on the risk assessment by an Accredited Assessor before commencement of the service. Tailor made services can be rendered as per the clients requirements

Special Agreements

The company also operates ‘taylor made’ contract services to employers who need transport for their workforce. Services to various townships and schools are also rendered on an ad hoc basis at tariffs well below the standard tariff.

Types of Services Rendered

By combining and sharing infrastructure with sister companies, a 24-hour control room monitors the activities 24 hours a day.

The operations room is linked to field staff by means of mobile radio’s and cell phones.

Management and technical back-up are also available on a 24 hour basis at all depots and sub-depots. All coaches are constantly monitored by satellite tracking with International roaming facilities.

With the sharing of infrastructure and better utilization of recources it is possible to, in case of an emergency, immediately dispatch a replacement bus. Buses are maintained through a predefined preventative maintenance policy and this ensures bus availability and reliability.

With the sharing of sister companies infrastructure in the form of depots strategically placed throughout the region, we believe that we can cater for almost any emergency.
